India-Women in Leadership (i-WIL) is a comprehensive programme aimed at preparing mid-career women to become powerful, visionary leaders in India politics. Read more about the structure of the programme.
The i-WIL curriculum is comprised of four primary study modules that have been carefully designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of and experience in politics, leadership and organisational management:
